This is a spoof of a commercial for the Citroën C4 which used the tag line "alive with technology" This one uses the Citroën 2CV, which is a French classic. Trey called it the coolest commercial he'd ever seen. It ranks pretty high up on my list, too. I just can't see well enough in either commercial if they have an Autobot or Decepticon decal, so be wary. (We did see some of these little C4's in France, by the way, and they are pretty cool little cars.)
