		<description>Well, brother, you should always consult your culinary sibling; Marsala has to do with the wine used in preparing such a dish, such as "anything" Marsala i.e. Marsala wine a rich Italian red wine used to flavor many dishes. Masala has to do with the sauce in question; Masala, picata etc... Glad you were able to enjoy either dish. Happy Anniversary Jason and Angela. Love, Stephen</description>
