No, I didn’t create this. The title block lists Winzler & Kelly of Eureka, CA as the firm. I have no idea if they’re even real. I can tell by the fact that it references codes from the ’90’s, that it’s not very recent, either. well one would think building codes don’t change much. that being said, this probably gets passed around engineering circles year after year. similar to the santa physics that seems to come through my inbox every year.
